We can cater for most things, if you have a requirement that you don’t think will fit into one of our rooms or a container, we’re here to help, just get in touch and one of our team will do all they can to help.

We are able to load and unload pallets with our forklift, FREE of charge.

Avondale offers secure storage, we have 24 hour motion sensitive CCTV, Monitored Alarm System, Fire Alarm, and Smoke Detection Sensors, a crucial necessity. We have dehumidifiers to keep humidity under control.

PRICING

At Avondale, we ask that you pay for a month’s storage on the day that you move in, and pay on that date each month thereafter. We have no minimum or maximum rental period. If you move out part way through a month, we will reimburse you for any time that you don’t use. Please note that we charge by the calendar month. Some of our competitors charge 4 weekly!
